We do not do any inspecting, sampling, testing, removal, cleaning or repair work. We are also not a party to any agreement you make with a provider.

The providers we connect you with are independent businesses. They alone are responsible for their estimates, prices, scheduling, workmanship, test results, licenses, insurance and conduct. We do not hire, supervise or direct them. We make no promise about when they are available, how fast they respond, or what their work will achieve.

Before you hire anyone, we encourage you to check their credentials, ask for proof of insurance and any license your area requires, and get an estimate in writing.
